IKHMAS JAYA GROUP BERHAD IPO PROSPECTUS LAUNCH

Ikhmas Jaya Group Berhad (“IJGB” or the “Group”) a bore piling and bridging specialist company launched its Prospectus today at Intercontinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur, pursuant to its public issue of 182 million ordinary shares of RM0.25 each in Ikhmas Jaya Group Berhad (“Shares) on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”). AmInvestment Bank Berhad is their Principal Adviser, Underwriter and Placement Agent.
