Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Berhad (“KTC” or the “Group”) a premier consumer packaged goods (“CPG”) distribution company launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) Prospectus at the Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur. The launch of its Prospectus is pursuant to its public issue of 142 million new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Berhad (“Shares”) on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”).
