Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Berhad Balloting Day
Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Berhad (“KTC” or the “Group”) is pleased to announce that KTC’s Public Issue of which 142 million new ordinary KTC Shares were reserved for application by the Public has been oversubscribed and balloting of successful applications was conducted earlier this morning. The balloting results was signed off by KTC’s Independent Non-Executive Director, Y.A.M. Tengku Datin Paduka Setia Zatashah binti Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.
