HPP Holdings Berhad was incorporated on 29 November 2018 as a private limited company in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016 and was subsequently converted to a public limited company on 15 November 2019.

Their principal activity is investment holding. Through their subsidiaries, they are principally involved in the printing and production of paper-based packaging, comprising corrugated and non-corrugated packaging, as well as others such as brochures, leaflets, labels, and paper bags, as well as the trading and production of rigid boxes. Their paper-based packaging is printed with full colour offset printing technology.
