BINASTRA ANNOUNCES RECORD-HIGH PERFORMANCE FOR 9MFYE2025

Binastra Corporation Berhad (“Binastra” or the “Group”) reported record-breaking financial results for Q3FYE2025, with revenue up 120.0% to RM265.9 million and PATAMI surging 115.4% to RM24.2 million.

For 9MFYE2025, revenue grew 150.7% to RM676.4 million, driven by nine new projects and increased construction activities, while PATAMI rose 156.6% to RM65.2 million.

BINASTRA HITS RM3 BILLION TARGET WITH LATEST RM327 MILLION CONTRACT WIN

Binastra Corporation Berhad (“Binastra”) has secured a RM327.7 million contract through its subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn. Bhd., surpassing its RM3.0 billion FY2025 target with RM3.1 billion in contracts secured year-to-date.

The project involves two 58-storey serviced apartment blocks in Kuala Lumpur, scheduled for completion within 42 months. With an order book of RM3.7 billion, Binastra is well-positioned for sustainable growth.

BINASTRA WINS ANOTHER SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT EPCC PROJECT WORTH RM67.6 MILLION

Binastra Corporation Berhad has secured a RM67.6 million contract for the redevelopment of a sewage treatment plant in Taman Bukit Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. This EPCC project will be completed within 36 months and marks the Group’s continued focus on ESG-related initiatives.

With RM2.8 billion in new contracts for FY2025, Binastra’s order book now stands at RM3.5 billion, reinforcing its position in the infrastructure and utilities sector.

BINASTRA SECURES RM256.5 MILLION CONTRACT FOR DATA CENTRE M&E WORKS

Binastra Corporation Berhad (“Binastra” or the “Group”) has secured a RM256.5 million contract from Exsim Jalil Link Sdn. Bhd. for M&E fit-out works at a Bukit Jalil data centre.

This marks the Group’s 12th contract for FY2025, bringing its total order book to RM3.5 billion, reflecting its expansion into specialised M&E works amid a booming data centre industry

BINASTRA’S PATAMI SOARS 189.3% FOR 1HFYE2025

Binastra Corporation Berhad (“Binastra”) reported strong financial results for Q2 ended 31 July 2024, with revenue up 157.5% to RM230.9 million. Profit before tax rose 169.8% to RM30.5 million, while profit after tax and minority interests increased 171.4% to RM22.9 million, driven by higher construction activities and 5 new projects. For the first half of the financial year, revenue grew 175.6% to RM410.5 million.

BINASTRA RECEIVES SECOND DATA CENTRE CONTRACT WORTH RM574 MILLION

Binastra Corporation Berhad (formerly Comintel Corporation Bhd) (“Binastra” or the “Group”) has secured a RM574.4 million contract from Exsim Jalil Link Sdn Bhd for Phase 2 of a data centre development in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. The project, including a 5-storey data centre block and office spaces, will begin on 1 October 2024 and complete within 16 months. This contract, the Group’s largest to date, pushes its outstanding order book to a record RM3.3 billion for FY2025, significantly exceeding its contract wins from the previous two years

BINASTRA WINS 10TH CONTRACT FOR FY2025

Binastra Corporation Berhad (“Binastra” or the “Group”) announced that its subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn. Bhd., has secured a RM283.3 million contract from Kaisar Maxim Sdn. Bhd. for a major residential development in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. This contract, Binastra’s 10th for FY2025, raises its total contract wins for the year to RM1.9 billion, well above last year’s RM612.2 million. The project involves constructing 624 residential units across three 31-storey blocks, with a completion timeline of 32 months starting 17 September 2024.

BINASTRA SECURES RM236 MILLION CONTRACT FOR MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN PETALING JAYA

Binastra Corporation Berhad (“Binastra”) has secured a RM235.5 million contract to develop a 39-storey serviced apartment in Sentral Damansara, Petaling Jaya, featuring 662 units, a rooftop “Sky Garden,” and a 4-level parking podium. The project is expected to be completed in 40 months.

BINASTRA SECURES RM155 MILLION MEMBRANE BIOLOGICAL REACTOR SEWAGE PLANT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

Binastra Corporation Berhad has secured a RM155.0 million contract! Its wholly owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn. Bhd. will design and build a membrane biological reactor (MBR) sewage treatment plant in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur, with a capacity of 160,000 Population Equivalents. The project is expected to be completed within 36 months.
