CENSOF DOUBLES ITS EARNINGS FOR THE FIRST HALF OF FYE2025
Censof Holdings Berhad (“Censof”) announced strong results for the second quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2024. Quarterly revenue rose 10.3% to RM27.9 million, with profit before tax (“PBT”) at RM2.6 million and profit after tax (“PAT”) at RM1.6 million. For the first half, PBT and PAT doubled to RM5.3 million and RM3.7 million, driven by a 16.8% revenue increase, primarily from the Financial Management Solutions – Government (“FMS-G”) segment.

Censof Holdings Berhad (“Censof”) announced a RM4.04 million project with TH Travel & Services, led by its subsidiary Century Software. The project includes an integrated accounting system and automation tools to enhance financial management and efficiency at THTS.
CENSOF ACHIEVES RM2.1 MILLION IN PROFIT AFTER TAX FOR Q1FYE2025
Censof Holdings Berhad has delivered impressive Q1FYE2025 results, with a 24.8% year-on-year revenue growth to RM25.5 million, driven by strong performances across all segments. The Wealth Management Solutions segment led with a 34.0% increase, primarily supported by PT Praisindo’s contributions from PT Bank CIMB Niaga TBK and Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad. The Group also turned its previous loss into a profit after tax of RM2.1 million, marking a strong start to the financial year.
CENSOF PARTNERS WITH STORECOVE FOR E-INVOICING SOLUTIONS
Censof Holdings Bhd (KL:CENSOF), through its wholly owned unit Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd, has teamed up with Netherlands-based Storecove to strengthen its position in the e-invoicing market.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia, Censof said it selected Storecove for its e-invoice rollout due to Storecove’s adaptive solution, as well as its proven expertise and experience.
