KERJAYA PROSPEK REPORTS RM1.24 BILLION IN REVENUE FOR 9MFYE2024

Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (“Kerjaya”) posted strong Q3FYE2024 results with PATAMI up 29.5% year-on-year to RM46.1 million and revenue rising 39.4% to RM504.8 million, driven by progress in construction projects.
For 9MFYE2024, PATAMI grew 20.9% to RM116.7 million, with revenue reaching RM1.24 billion. Kerjaya’s order book stands at RM4.4 billion, supported by a strong net cash position of RM260.2 million.
CEO Tee Eng Tiong highlighted strategic growth, including a 36-acre Penang development, and announced total dividends of 12.0 sen per share for FY2024, yielding approximately 5.6%.
KERJAYA PROSPEK PARTNERS ASPEN VISION TO EMBARK ON NEW MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN PENANG

Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (“Kerjaya”) has partnered with Aspen Vision Development Sdn. Bhd. to develop a 36-acre mixed-use project in Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang. The project, featuring affordable housing, residential units, and commercial spaces, will begin construction by end-2024.

The projects, commencing on 5 November 2024, include piling work in Batu Kawan, Penang, and site clearance in Damansara Damai, Selangor. With an order book now at RM4.5 billion and 10 contracts worth RM1.6 billion secured this year, Kerjaya is well-positioned for continued growth.
KERJAYA PROSPEK HITS RM1.5 BILLION CONTRACT WINS TARGET FOR 2024

Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (“Kerjaya”) announced that its subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd., has secured a RM292.8 million contract from Mega Legacy (M) Sdn. Bhd., a UEM Sunrise subsidiary, to build a 57-storey residential building in Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur. Construction begins on 17 September 2024, with a 38-month completion timeline.
KERJAYA PROSPEK ACHIEVES 28% SURGE IN REVENUE

Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (“Kerjaya”) reported a 17.5% year-on-year increase in Q2 PATAMI to RM37.1 million, with revenue up 27.8% to RM395.4 million, driven by strong construction activities. For 1H2024, PATAMI rose 15.8% to RM70.6 million, and revenue increased 20.8% to RM732.6 million. The Group maintained a net cash position of RM231.4 million.
KERJAYA PROSPEK SECURES RM275 MILLION CONTRACT

Kerjaya Prospek’s subsidiary has secured a RM275.3 million contract for a 50-storey serviced apartment in Pulau Andaman, Penang. Construction will begin on 2 January 2025 and is set to complete in 38 months. The contract is from Persada Mentari Sdn. Bhd., part of Eastern & Oriental Berhad.
