NEXTGREEN IOI PULP PARTNERS XIAMEN C&D TO DEVELOP MALAYSIA’S FIRST 150,000MT INTEGRATED PULP PRODUCTION FACILITY

Nextgreen Global Berhad and Xiamen C&D Paper & Pulp are jointly developing a RM900 million pulp facility in Pekan, Pahang. Using palm biomass, the plant will produce 150,000 MT of pulp annually, driving green growth in the ECER Special Economic Zone.
AmBank Group backs the growth of Nextgreen Global for their Green Technology Park in Pahang

AmBank Islamic is financing up to RM180 million for Nextgreen’s Green Technology Park (GTP) expansion in Pahang. Using a Bio-Integrated Zero Waste system, GTP converts palm oil biomass into pulp, paper, biofertilizers, and renewable energy. This partnership supports sustainable industrial growth and strengthens Malaysia’s green economy.
YUWANG PLANTATION’S STAKE IN NGGB RISES TO 7.5%

Nextgreen Global Berhad (“NGGB” or the “Group”) announced that Tan Sri See Hong Cheen has secured 22.7 million shares from a private placement exercise, which were listed on Bursa Malaysia today. Alongside Yuwang Plantation Sdn Bhd’s 5.5% stake acquired in July 2024, the combined stake of Tan Sri See and the Yuwang Group in NGGB now totals 7.5%.
