HSS Engineers Berhad (HEB), incorporated in 2015, is an investment holding company providing engineering and project management services through its subsidiaries. With over 850 staff—half of whom are engineers—HEB has extensive experience across infrastructure, transport, water, power, and digital sectors.

As Malaysia’s largest listed engineering consultancy, HEB has led major projects like MRT 1–3, Pan Borneo Highway, and ECRL, and is active internationally in countries such as Iraq, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Bangladesh. The Group operates from offices in Malaysia, Cambodia, Iraq, and India.
