About Orkim Berhad

Orkim Berhad (“Orkim”) and its group of companies (the “Group”) are principally involved in the ownership, chartering, and operation of vessels, as well as the management of shipping property, freight contracting, and transport businesses. The Group operates a fleet of 18 vessels with a total load capacity of 239,186 deadweight tonnes (“DWT”). This comprised 14 clean petroleum products (“CPP”) tankers with a combined capacity of 134,684 DWT, ranging between 7,000 DWT and 15,000 DWT each, two medium-range CPP tankers with a combined capacity of 98,004 DWT, and two liquefied petroleum gas (“LPG”) tankers with a combined capacity of 6,498 DWT. The vessels operated under a mix of charter agreements, serving major oil and gas companies across Malaysia and other Asian countries, including Singapore, the Philippines, Brunei, China, and South Korea. The fleet transports a broad range of CPP, such as gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, kerosene, naphtha, gas oil, and condensates refined from crude oil, as well as LPG, including propane and butane.
