MTTSL is principally engaged in the provision of container liner shipping services, vessel chartering and container storage and other container related services. With more than a decade of proven track record and expertise, the Group is Malaysia’s leading container liner operator based on its market share of domestic cabotage volume from Peninsular Malaysia to East Malaysia and Brunei in 2024 and the six months ended 30 June 2025 and owns the largest and youngest fleet of Malaysian-flagged containerships comprising 26 vessels as at 1 September 2025 that serve key routes between Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. Beyond its principal market in Malaysia, MTTSL also serves various ports and has an established regional presence in countries such as Brunei, China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore. Additionally, the Group also provides container storage and container related services through its four container depots across Peninsular Malaysia and one in East Malaysia.
