Keyfield International Berhad (凯辉国际有限公司) (“Keyfield”) wishes to announce that it has signed an underwriting agreement with M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”), in conjunction with its upcoming initial public offering (“IPO”) and listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”). Keyfield was represented by its Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Dato’ Darren Kee Chit Huei while M&A Securities was represented by its Managing Director, Datuk Bill Tan.
