Geohan Corporation Berhad (“Geohan” or the “Company”), an established foundation and geotechnical specialist, has signed an underwriting agreement with Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad, in conjunction with its upcoming initial public offering (“IPO”) and listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Geohan was represented by its Managing Director, Mr. Lee Kim Seng, while Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, En. Rizal Il-Ehzan bin Fadil Azim.
