ITMAX System Berhad (“ITMAX”) expands its Johor presence as its subsidiary, Southmax Sdn Bhd (“Southmax”), is appointed by Mersing District Council (“MDM”) as the smart parking operator for outdoor spaces. The 15-year contract, effective 1 May 2025, operates under a revenue-sharing model, with Southmax receiving 70% of collections via Parkmax@JOHOR.

MGB SECURES NEW ORDERS FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PRECAST CONCRETE PRODUCTS FOR THE PRESTIGIOUS ROSHN ALAROUS DEVELOPMENT IN JEDDAH

MGB Berhad (“MGB”), a subsidiary of LBS Bina Group Berhad, has secured two Purchase Orders worth SAR75.06 million (RM88.57 million) in Saudi Arabia through its unit, MGB International For Industry (“MGBI”). The orders, from Sany Alameriah, involve supplying and installing precast elements for the ROSHN ALAROUS development in Jeddah.
MGB’s Group Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Ir. (Dr.) Lim Hock San, said, “These orders strengthen our presence in KSA and reinforce our commitment to delivering quality solutions.” MGBI has also secured additional orders for hollow core slabs, further boosting its 2025 outlook.
Yinson GreenTech’s chargEV partners Khazanah to accelerate development of Malaysia’s EV charging ecosystem

Yinson GreenTech’s chargEV has secured an investment from Khazanah Nasional Berhad via Dana Impak to accelerate EV charging infrastructure expansion. This supports Malaysia’s goal of 10,000 charging points and aligns with the National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR) towards net zero by 2050.
Yinson GreenTech CEO Lim Chern Yuan said the investment strengthens chargEV’s growth, as its pay-per-use revenue has increased fivefold. Khazanah’s Managing Director Dato’ Amirul Feisal Wan Zahir emphasized the importance of supporting Malaysia’s EV ecosystem, while MGTC’s Acting CEO En Saiful Adib Abdul Munaff highlighted the need for strategic deployment of chargers.
