OPTIMAX RECEIVES APPROVAL TO OFFER ENT SERVICES

Optimax Holdings Berhad has received approval from the Ministry of Health to introduce ENT services at its Optimax Specialist Centre in Atria Shopping Gallery, Selangor.

With the new licence and appointment of an experienced ENT specialist, the Group expands its healthcare offerings as part of its strategy to evolve into a more comprehensive specialist provider.

ORKIM SECURES TIME CHARTER CONTRACT FROM PTLCL

Orkim Berhad’s subsidiary has secured a six-month time charter contract with PETCO Trading Labuan Company Limited, valued at up to RM32.0 million including extension.

The charter strengthens Orkim’s order book and supports its expansion across the Far East and Persian Gulf routes.

KERJAYA PROSPEK BAGS RM502.3 MILLION CONTRACT

Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad has secured a RM502.3 million reclamation and dredging contract for the Seri Tanjung Pinang development, boosting its outstanding order book to RM4.4 billion and lifting FY2026 new wins to RM703.5 million. The award, from a subsidiary of Eastern & Oriental Berhad, strengthens earnings visibility over the next four years.

FBG SECURES RM238.1 MILLION CONTRACT FOR HOTEL CONSTRUCTION JOB AT THE MALL, MID VALLEY SOUTHKEY IN JOHOR BAHRU

FBG Holdings Berhad has secured a RM238.1 million contract to build a 25-storey, 375-room hotel above The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey. The contract was awarded to its subsidiary, FBG Builder Sdn Bhd, by MVS Southpoint Hotel Sdn Bhd, an indirect unit of IGB Berhad.

The project runs from March 2026 to June 2028, lifting FBG’s order book to RM1.23 billion and strengthening earnings visibility through 2028.

KIP REIT AND AEON SIGN RM160 MILLION AGREEMENT TO BUILD FOR AEON MALL

KIP REIT has entered into an agreement with AEON to expand AEON Mall Kinta City in Perak, with a development cost of up to RM160 million and targeted completion by Q4 2027.

The expansion is expected to yield approximately 8%, generating an estimated RM12.8 million in annual gross rental income under a long-term lease extended to 2055, while increasing the mall’s net lettable area by 30% to about 580,000 sq ft.

UUE BAGS TWO MORE CONTRACTS IN SINGAPORE WORTH SGD21.8 MILLION

UUE Holdings Berhad has secured two contracts worth SGD21.8 million (approximately RM67.5 million) in Singapore through its subsidiary, Konnection Engineering Pte Ltd, for the supply and installation of 400kV power cables.

The new awards raise the Group’s order book to RM576.0 million, strengthening earnings visibility over the next 24 to 36 months.

KIP REIT officially reopened KIPMall Tampoi following the completion of a comprehensive asset enhancement initiative (AEI) aimed at strengthening its role as a community-focused retail centre.

The upgrade modernised the fresh market, improved tenant mix and enhanced sustainability features, reinforcing income resilience and shopper experience. BINASTRA STARTS FY27 STRONG WITH RM503 MILLION DATA CENTRE CONTRACT

Binastra Corporation Berhad (“Binastra”) kicked off FY27 strongly after securing a RM503.0 million data centre contract from Exsim Sri Permai Sdn. Bhd. The project, located in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, will commence on 19 February 2026 and is expected to be completed within 20 months, reinforcing Binastra’s growing presence in Malaysia’s digital infrastructure space.
