CREST BUILDER CLINCHES ANOTHER PARKCITY MEGA PROJECT

Crest Builder Holdings Berhad (“CBHB”) announced that its subsidiary, Crest Builder Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM299.4 million contract from Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd to build the 46-storey ParkCity Office Tower in Desa ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur.
Works start in July 2026 and will take 36 months. This award lifts CBHB’s order book to about RM1.7 billion, strengthening earnings visibility.
Group MD Eric Yong said the fourth contract from ParkCity reflects CBHB’s proven delivery capability and commitment to long-term value creation.
MGB BERHAD SECURES LANDMARK RM444 MILLION EPC CONTRACT IN THE CITY OF MEDINA, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

MGB Berhad’s Saudi joint venture, MGB Alameriah Contracting Company, has secured a RM444 million (SAR 400 million) contract from Beetah Real Estate for a 440-unit residential and commercial development in Medina. The 30-month project marks MGB’s largest overseas award, reflecting its evolution from precast concrete supplier to main contractor and strengthening its long-term presence in Saudi Arabia’s growing construction sector
LFG ENTERS INTO STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH PETROVIETNAM’S SUBSIDIARY

Lianson Fleet Group Berhad (LFG) and PetroVietnam Drilling (PV Drilling) have signed a non-binding term sheet to form a Malaysia-based joint venture focused on jack-up rigs and related offshore services. With a 51:49 ownership structure, the venture plans to deploy two jack-up rigs in Malaysia, with the shareholders’ agreement targeted for completion by early 2026. Both companies see the partnership as a strategic move to strengthen regional capabilities and meet growing drilling demand in Southeast Asia.
KEYFIELD DISPOSES ONE OF ITS DP2 AWB, NETTING GAIN OF APPROXIMATELY RM85.0 MILLION

Keyfield International’s subsidiary, Keyfield Resolute, will sell its DP2 workboat, Keyfield Compassion, to Petro Laut for USD36.8 million (RM151.9 million), generating an estimated RM85 million post-tax profit. Proceeds will support fleet expansion and potential shareholder dividends.

AXIS-REIT ANNOUNCES RM800 MILLION PURCHASE OF A FREEHOLD INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY IN SEBERANG PERAI, PENANG

Axis REIT Managers Berhad (“ARMB”), on behalf of Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (“Axis-REIT”), has proposed to acquire an industrial property from Ann Joo Steel Berhad (“AJSB”) for RM800 million, marking its largest acquisition to date.
Following the purchase, AJSB will lease back the property for eight years at an initial monthly rental of RM4.16 million.
Situated on 135.53 acres of freehold land in Prai Industrial Estate, Penang, the property offers strong connectivity to major transport links. Axis-REIT CEO Leong Kit May said the acquisition reinforces the trust’s strategy of securing prime industrial assets and expanding its presence in Penang.
KERJAYA PROSPEK SECURES RM87.7 MILLION CONTRACT IN SHAH ALAM

Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad has secured an RM87.7 million contract to build 133 shop lots in Elmina, Shah Alam. Work begins on 17 November 2025 with completion expected in 30 months. This brings the Group’s year-to-date contract wins to RM958 million and lifts its order book to RM3.6 billion. CEO Tee Eng Tiong highlighted the project as part of Kerjaya’s continued expansion in high-growth urban areas.
