ABOUT EMPIRE PREMIUM FOOD BERHAD

Empire Premium Food Berhad (“Empire”) was incorporated in Malaysia in 2023 and converted into a public company in 2025. The Group operates the Empire Sushi brand through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Empire Sushi Sdn Bhd.

Established in 2010, Empire Sushi has grown into Malaysia’s largest sushi chain operator by revenue and number of outlets, offering accessible ready-to-eat sushi under its “Premium Sushi for Everyone” brand promise.

As at 25 February 2026, the Group operates 143 outlets nationwide, comprising 127 grab-and-go outlets and 16 quick dine-in outlets. Empire Sushi has received multiple industry recognitions, including the Putra Brand Awards, The BrandLaureate Award and Star Outstanding Business Awards.
