About Farmiera Berhad

Farmiera Berhad (“Farmiera” or the “Group”) is one of the leading providers of high-quality poultry within Malaysia’s food supply chain. Since its establishment in 2013, Farmiera has built a strong presence across the poultry value chain, encompassing both poultry farming and poultry processing activities.

Farmiera’s fully integrated business model provides end-to-end control over its operations, covering the entire production cycle, from raising day-old chicks to slaughtering and distributing both live poultry and raw poultry products. The Group currently operates 15 of its own broiler farms and engages 44 contract farms in Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Perak, Pahang and Melaka.

In addition, the Group operates 2 HALAL-certified processing plants in Ipoh, Perak and Lukut, Negeri Sembilan. Its customer base includes wholesalers and retailers throughout Malaysia.

Farmiera is committed to upholding the highest standards of product quality and safety across its operations. Its processing facilities have obtained HALAL certification from Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM), ensuring that all raw poultry products are processed in accordance with HALAL principles. Both plants are certified under the Makanan Selamat Tanggungjawab Industri (MeSTI) scheme.

Farmiera is currently undertaking an initial public offering (IPO) in conjunction with its proposed listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
