About HI Mobility Berhad

HI Mobility Berhad (“HI Mobility”) was incorporated in June 2024 and converted to a public limited company in October 2024. Together with its wholly owned subsidiary, Handal Indah Sdn Bhd, the Group provides bus transportation services.

Handal Indah began operations in 2002 with intracity routes in Johor Bahru and launched cross-border services to Singapore in 2003 under the ‘Causeway Link’ brand. The Group has since expanded to the Klang Valley and Malacca, offering both local and cross-border mass transit services. Supporting green mobility, it has gradually introduced electric buses since 2023, with 53 electric units in a total fleet of 683 buses as of February 2025.
