About Steel Hawk Berhad

Steel Hawk Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia on 29 December 2020 as an investment holding company to facilitate the listing exercise. The Group is primarily involved in the provision of EPCC services for chemical injection skids and improvement or maintenance of topside oil and gas facilities.
Over the years, the Group progressively expanded beyond its expertise in the improvement or maintenance of pipelines to include the installation and maintenance of oilfield equipment in topside oil and gas facilities including pig trap system, fire rated doors or oil spill recovery equipment as well as the supply of such oilfield equipment and their parts and components.
Through its subsidiary, Steel Hawk Engineering Sdn Bhd, the Group focuses on the supply products and services to the various segments of the oil and gas industry as well as carry out civil, mechanical and electrical engineering projects for the industry.
