ABOUT TALIWORKS CORPORATION

Taliworks Corporation Berhad (“Taliworks” or the “Group”) is listed on the main market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Taliworks is an established infrastructure company, primarily involved in five main distinct business sectors. Along with the know-how and relevant expertise, Taliworks has since broken barriers and continues to be at the forefront of setting higher benchmarks for Malaysia.

Taliworks started off as the pioneer in the privatisation of water supply in Malaysia, involved in operating and maintaining a water treatment plant in Selangor. The Group previously operated and maintained Pulau Langkawi’s entire water supply and distribution facilities under a 25-year concession.

One of the key expansions in Taliwork’s line of business was the venture into highway toll operations. The Group has since acquired 2 highways, namely the Cheras-Kajang Highway and the North Klang Straits Bypass Expressway, together with its respective concession rights.

Expanding and securing the first project in 2002, Taliworks has since been awarded with other contracting, project and management services mainly in infrastructure construction.

Taliworks provides waste management services via SWM Environmental Holdings Sdn Bhd that involves transportation and collection of waste, as well as public cleansing in the southern states of Malaysia.

Taliwork’s diversification into the renewable energy space with the completion of acquisition of 4 brownfield solar projects in 2022 has added total capacity of 19MWp to the Group’s renewable energy portfolio.
