ABOUT VESTLAND

Vestland Berhad (“Vestland” or the “Group”), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vestland Resources Sdn. Bhd., is principally engaged in the provision of construction services, with an established track record of more than 10 years in the construction industry since its establishment in 2011. Over the years, the Group has developed a diverse range of residential and non-residential developments for both the private and public sectors.

Vestland Resources Sdn. Bhd. is an ISO 9001-certified and Grade 7 contractor registered with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), enabling the Group to undertake construction projects of unlimited contract value. It also obtained the Certificate of Government Procurement Works (SPKK) from CIDB, allowing it to participate in government tenders for building construction, civil engineering, and mechanical and electrical works. 

The Group’s core business comprises building construction and civil engineering works. Having started as a pure build contractor, Vestlandexpanded into design and build construction services in 2020, enabling the Group to pursue projects with greater value-added opportunities. In 2021, the Group further expanded into civil engineering works, broadening its service offerings and enhancing its capabilities to undertake more integrated projects.
