Reservoir Link Energy Bhd’s subsidiary, Reservoir Link Solutions, has signed an MOU with Ad Terra Asia Sdn Bhd to explore carbon capture, utilisation, and storage (CCUS) solutions in Malaysia. The partnership aims to leverage both parties’ expertise to meet the growing demand for carbon capture in the energy sector. The MOU is valid for six months, with an option to extend.

YINSON RENEWABLES’ 97 MWP MATARANI SOLAR PROJECT IN PERU COMMENCES OPERATIONS

Yinson Renewables’ 97 MWp Matarani Solar Plant in Peru is now fully operational, generating 260 GWh annually. It powers 62,000 homes and cuts CO2 emissions by over 56,000 tonnes per year. This marks Yinson’s first project in Peru, positioning the company as the second largest solar generator in the country.

YUWANG PLANTATION’S STAKE IN NGGB RISES TO 7.5%

KERJAYA PROSPEK HITS RM1.5 BILLION CONTRACT WINS TARGET FOR 2024

Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (“Kerjaya”) announced that its subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd., has secured a RM292.8 million contract from Mega Legacy (M) Sdn. Bhd., a UEM Sunrise subsidiary, to build a 57-storey residential building in Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur. Construction begins on 17 September 2024, with a 38-month completion timeline.
BINASTRA RECEIVES SECOND DATA CENTRE CONTRACT WORTH RM574 MILLION

Binastra Corporation Berhad (formerly Comintel Corporation Bhd) (“Binastra” or the “Group”) has secured a RM574.4 million contract from Exsim Jalil Link Sdn Bhd for Phase 2 of a data centre development in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. The project, including a 5-storey data centre block and office spaces, will begin on 1 October 2024 and complete within 16 months. This contract, the Group’s largest to date, pushes its outstanding order book to a record RM3.3 billion for FY2025, significantly exceeding its contract wins from the previous two years
