SKYWORLD WRAPS UP ITS 2024 AGM AND EGM WITH STRONG SHAREHOLDERS’ SUPPORT 

SkyWorld Development Berhad (“SkyWorld Development” or the “Company”), an urban property developer, successfully concluded its 2024 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”). All resolutions presented in the AGM Notice were approved by shareholders, including the proposed offer allocation to CEO Lee Chee Seng under the long-term incentive plan, which had been approved in June 2024.

RESERVOIR LINK TO VENTURE INTO CARBON CAPTURE PROJECTS

Reservoir Link Energy Bhd’s subsidiary, Reservoir Link Solutions, has signed an MOU with Ad Terra Asia Sdn Bhd to explore carbon capture, utilisation, and storage (CCUS) solutions in Malaysia. The partnership aims to leverage both parties’ expertise to meet the growing demand for carbon capture in the energy sector. The MOU is valid for six months, with an option to extend.

T7 GLOBAL ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

T7 Global Berhad has appointed Dato’ Ir. Mat Rosly Bin Mat Daud as an Independent Non-Executive Director. With over 40 years of experience in airport and highway planning, he replaces Admiral Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Panglima Ahmad Kamarulzaman, who is stepping down to pursue personal interests.

ITMAX SECURES FOURTH SMART PARKING CONTRACT IN JOHOR 

ITMAX System Berhad’s subsidiary, Southmax Sdn Bhd, has been appointed as the smart parking operator for 7,637 street parking bays in Segamat. The 15-year contract, effective 1 September 2024, operates on a revenue-sharing model, with Southmax receiving 70% of parking revenue.

YUWANG PLANTATION’S STAKE IN NGGB RISES TO 7.5% 

Nextgreen Global Berhad (“NGGB” or the “Group”) announced that Tan Sri See Hong Cheen has secured 22.7 million shares from a private placement exercise, which were listed on Bursa Malaysia today. Alongside Yuwang Plantation Sdn Bhd’s 5.5% stake acquired in July 2024, the combined stake of Tan Sri See and the Yuwang Group in NGGB now totals 7.5%.

ITMAX FURTHER EXPANDS SMART PARKING SOLUTIONS IN JOHOR 

ITMAX System Berhad (“ITMAX”) announced that its subsidiary, Southmax Sdn Bhd, has been appointed by Tangkak District Council (“MDT”) as the smart parking operator for 5,113 street parking bays. KERJAYA PROSPEK HITS RM1.5 BILLION CONTRACT WINS TARGET FOR 2024

Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (“Kerjaya”) announced that its subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd., has secured a RM292.8 million contract from Mega Legacy (M) Sdn. Bhd., a UEM Sunrise subsidiary, to build a 57-storey residential building in Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur. Construction begins on 17 September 2024, with a 38-month completion timeline.
